I have a problem when printing reports with Quartam - Odd characters "]]>" trail all of my label fields.

Please can someone help me with this.

This smells like a change in the revxml library in how it returns CDATA blocks from an XML structure.
I wonder if it's affecting only new layouts or also older files...
Anyway, can you send a reproducible, including the .qrl file, to support@quartam.com?
As soon as I have a fix, I'll send you a library version to test, and then roll it into Quartam Reports 1.1.7 (along with two other pending fixes)
