Re: Blank page on print preview on Sierra

Hmm, that looks odd, indeed! Could you make a screen recording, so that I can see the sequence of events? I currently don't have macos sierra installed - been planning to do that but haven't gotten around to it yet. Looks like I'll have to do that soon... Quartam Reports doesn't use 'undecorated' wi...

Re: Blank page on print preview on Sierra

Hi Josep, Can you provide a little more background infoàrmation, because I can't quite follow what problem you are encountering. Some screenshots or perhaps a screen recording would definitely help me to understand the issue. As for Quartam Reports 1.1.7 - I'll publish that once we've figured out yo...

Re: Installing qrtReportsLib

Hi Rob, No need to post twice - I will always get around to approving your post and replying eventually ;) I guess you're trying to load the library using LiveCode Community Edition? That won't work, as it is a closed source library, and thus only compatible with the LiveCode Commercial Edition. If ...

Hi Rob, I guess you're trying to load the library using LiveCode Community Edition? That won't work, as it is a closed source library, and thus only compatible with the LiveCode Commercial Edition. If you have trouble getting it to work with LiveCode Commercial Edition, then please drop another note...

Forums available again

Recent attacks on the on-rev servers resulted in the forums being unavailable for a few weeks. Functionality has been restored, but unfortunately, the attachments were lost in the process. Hopefully, this will not happen again, and everyone will be able to share for a long time to come... Best regar...

Re: Image Data from Livecode

Hi Nic, The current solution is to use a field and craft together an htmlText which uses <img src="555000"> to embed an image by name. That image can be stored in a temporary stack, where LiveCode should be able to find it. Quartam Reports 2.0 will have the ability to use not only static image paths...

Re: printing without preview

Hi Peter, My apologies for the ridiculously late reply. I've been lost in personal issues and am only now finding back the energy to spend time on my LiveCode projects. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go through all my notes to see where exactly I was at in the development of Quartam Reports 1.1...

Re: Quartam PDF Library Unicode Support

Hi Peter, My apologies for the ridiculously late reply. I've been lost in personal issues and am only now finding back the energy to spend time on my LiveCode projects. LiveCode 7 finally has everything that is needed, but it's tougher than I initially thought to implement this. The 'standard' font ...

Re: How to place text right aligned under image?

Hi Matthias, My apologies for the ridiculously late reply. I've been lost in personal issues and am only now finding back the energy to get back to my LiveCode projects. You have two options to tackle this: 1. use the approach you outlined, along with the function qrtPDF_WidthOfString to determine t...

Re: printing without preview

Once again, my apologies for the delay.
I am currently swamped at the day-job but should be able to finish it by the end of this month.

Best regards,

Jan Schenkel.
