[Bug]Fields Saved With Border Don't Open With One

The border around fields doesn't appear that way when you reopen a report in XP. The border goes away until you click on the field, then it reappears.

It looks like the Revolution 'threeD' field property is interfering with this. Fixing for version 1.1.2 - I'm guessing that most people just use lines and rectangles
