Saving a Report Doesn't Append Extension

I noticed on Windows that saving a report doesn't add the .qrl suffix to the filename, so the report doesn't show when I use the Open dialog.

Hmm, I was pretty sure that I had added a preference for that at one point, but it seems to have disappeared. Will be included in version 1.1.2
